- Opportunities for growth through the availability of competitively and economically priced industrial sites and commercial buildings that would be perfect for industrial, manufacturing or retail businesses.
- Educated work force prepared for employment in light or heavy industry.
- Less traffic congestion than the major metro areas, but still retaining an effective and economic transportation system.
- Municipal Airport - Jones Field (FOO) - with a 4,000 foot runway and 24 hour aviation gas
- Health Care- Red River Regional Hospital and Texoma Care
- And so much more.....
